Welcome to NullWeb. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use our website or services.

- Client: The person or entity contracting NullWeb’s services.
- Services: Web design (WordPress and Shopify), managed hosting, WordPress maintenance, SEO, and other digital services offered by NullWeb.
- Website: NullWeb’s website, at nulweb.com.
3. Use of the Website
3.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Changes to These Terms
NullWeb reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once published on the website.
4. Services and Pricing
4.1. Description of Services
NullWeb offers web design (WordPress and Shopify), managed hosting, WordPress maintenance, SEO, logo design and other digital services, as described on each service page. Prices shown on the website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Ordering
Hosting and maintenance plans are purchased directly through the payment links on the website. Web design, online shop and landing page projects are quoted individually via our contact form.
4.3. Payments
Payments for recurring plans (hosting, maintenance) are processed through Stripe by credit or debit card, billed automatically each month. Quoted projects (web design, online shops, landing pages) are paid according to the terms agreed in the proposal.
4.4. No Fixed-Term Contracts and Cancellation
Our hosting and maintenance plans come with no fixed-term contracts — you can cancel at any time with no penalty. If you cancel a hosting plan, we’ll give you a full copy of your website and charge a £25 technical transfer fee to cover moving your site to another provider.
5. Client Obligations
5.1. Accurate Information
The client must provide accurate and complete information so NullWeb can deliver the services effectively. Any delay or issue caused by incorrect information is the client’s responsibility.
5.2. Approvals and Feedback
The client must review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in approval may affect the project timeline and delivery dates.
6. Domain and Content Ownership
6.1. Domain
Domains purchased through our hosting plans are registered in the client’s name. If the client cancels the service, the domain remains theirs and can be transferred freely.
6.2. Content
All content supplied by the client (text, images, branding) remains the client’s property. The design, layout and code developed specifically by NullWeb for the project are licensed to the client for use once the agreed total amount has been paid.
7. Confidentiality
NullWeb is committed to keeping all information provided by the client confidential. This information won’t be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except where necessary to deliver the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
NullWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, profits or business interruption. All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
9. Termination of Service
The client may cancel services at any time by notifying NullWeb. NullWeb reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of a breach of these terms, after prior notice to the client.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, NullWeb’s legal domicile, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you’re entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
