Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
NullWeb is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contacto@nulweb.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Contact details: name, email and message submitted through our contact form.
- Payment data: when you sign up for a hosting or maintenance plan, payment is processed directly through Stripe. NullWeb never stores your card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site and technical data (IP address, browser, device) collected through analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Respond to your contact and quote requests.
- Manage the onboarding and billing of our services.
- Improve the website’s performance and user experience.
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data based on your consent (contact form and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (when you sign up for a service) and compliance with legal obligations (billing).
5. Retention Period
We keep your contact data for as long as our business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. Contact form submissions that don’t turn into a client relationship are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Your Rights
You can exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict and port your data at any time by writing to contacto@nulweb.com. If you’re in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
7. Cookies
We use first-party and third-party cookies for the site to function and for analytics. You can find the details in our Cookies Policy and manage your preferences at any time.
8. Third Parties and International Transfers
We share certain data with providers that help us deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure) and Google Analytics (analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where that’s the case, they rely on recognised transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any relevant changes will be posted on this same page.
